The pantry restock that starts with a list

It was useful for the quiet staples — broth, grains, canned tomatoes, and the coffee that had somehow become three nearly empty bags — while the list kept the convenience from turning into a cart full of hopeful ingredients.

The honest catch is that Fresh selection and delivery coverage depend on the address, and fresh substitutions deserve a look before they go in the pantry. We still checked dates, rinsed the produce, and put the cold things away first. A delivery can shorten the errand; it cannot make the decisions for us.
